Today was a hike for old guys. How old? Without giving up too much, our combined hiking age is 156. Not counting Ruby. |

Part of the mission was to examine the broken bridge for an upcoming ITA project. Yep, she's broken. Note: the bridge is 0.8 miles from the trailhead. |

At 1.2 miles we hit Duck Lake. |

Ruby was ready to go to work. Dad hasn't hiked with Ruby much, so I had to explain. |

Dad told a few stories. Then it was time to head back to the bumpy road that leads home. That peak in the background is Sawtooth Peak, which we did together 20 years ago. |
