2008 started out as a great snow year, continuing well into June. In July during the Celebration of Life, I did the longest hike I've ever done. After that excitement the late summer seemed slow, but I was successful in crossing some old-time major goals off my list. Then in the fall I went on a 10-week climbing spree, concluded by climbing two high-altitude peaks in Mexico.
